Jeff Brown Yachts Names Thiago Lucidi Head of Sales

San Diego, CA — Jeff Brown Yachts (JBY), a West Coast luxury yacht sales, brokerage, and service company, today announced the appointment of Thiago Lucidi as Head of Sales. Lucidi joins JBY with close to a decade of experience in luxury yacht and marine industry sales, brand management, and commercial strategy across the Americas.

Lucidi most recently served as Pershing and Itama Brand Manager, Americas at Ferretti Group America, where he directed the commercial plan, supported marketing activations, and established new marketing partnerships for both brands, supporting multimillion-dollar revenue across dealers, brokers, and clients. In that role, he coordinated brand activation and product positioning at major U.S. boat shows and private owner events and worked alongside Allied Marine's network of roughly 40 sales professionals on product strategy and deal progression.

Before Ferretti Group, Lucidi held sales leadership roles at Sea Machines Robotics, Consilium Marine Safety, and Palfinger Marine, where he built distributor networks, led sales teams, and managed compliance-driven sales cycles across commercial, government, and industrial marine markets. Earlier in his career, he managed international supply chain and import/export operations for Palfinger Group and Oceaneering in Brazil.

Lucidi holds a B.A. in International Relations from Estácio de Sá University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. In his new role, he will lead sales strategy for JBY's portfolio brands across the company’s nationwide locations.
